All employees or potential employees need to know the following:

For employment with Classic Construction & Restoration, Inc. you are required to sign the a standard confidentiality agreement which must be signed prior to start date. At this time, there is not a company health, life, disability, vision, or dental insurance coverage offered with employment. Every employee has eligibility for a 401K Program with company match of up to 3% of your payroll, life insurance through Liberty National, and bonus potential from the company as well as the account managers one directly works with, which is affective after 6 months of working full time. The company benefit offerings and employee contribution to payment for benefit plans are determined annually.

As an employee of Classic Construction & Restoration, Inc., you will receive up to nine paid holidays, determined annually by the company. You are eligible to accrue vacation time off at 2 hours per pay period, but cannot use these hours until you have met the 90 day probation period as per company policy. This is equivalent to 13 days on an annual basis, and is pro-rated based on start date. Vacation time off increases per company policy. Personal and sick days are included in your vacation time, per company policy. All employee benefits are subject to periodic company review and can be changed with or without notice.

All employment with Classic Construction & Restoration, Inc. is at-will and either party can terminate the employment relationship at any time with or without cause and with or without notice.
