A toilet water supply line had come off a toilet on the second floor while the homeowner was out of town. It wasn’t discovered until one week later. Almost the entire house needed to be gutted down to the studs. When another contractor was not able to work with the insurance company using the Xactimate program that all insurance companies use, Classic Construction was called in to take over. The insurance adjuster’s scope of loss was about $20,000 light. We went through the entire scope of loss and found that they had missed several rooms as well as many other details.
We installed new vinyl flooring in the bathrooms and new carpet throughout the house, both floors. While there, we upgraded the kitchen count tops to granite and installed surround sound wiring.
The finish out pictures are just beautiful!
