Saddlehorn Park Concrete and Stone Repair
The Valley Ranch community was developed nearly 40 years ago, on what was once marshland. Consequently, the ground shifts presented a need for concrete and stone repair on the pathways and retaining walls. Valley Ranch HOA contacted Classic Construction to remove the existing pavers to asphalt and replace them with concrete. To maximize Classic's time there, we additionally completed stone wall repairs with drainage work.
- Removed approximately 4,496 square feet of existing pavers and asphalt
- Graded the subbase for a concrete pour
- Set concrete forms
- Added cushion as appropriate
- Poured concrete with control joints and expansion joints
- Removed and rebuilt approximately 1,357 face feet of existing stone retaining wall
- Cleaned and reused existing stones while adding additional stones to complete the wall to the existing height
