WRIGHT TREX DECK

This new Trex deck was installed on a 4-story roof in Uptown Dallas. Before installing the Trex deck, we sealed all roof seams and applied a roof restoration coating to the flat roof to increase longevity. Then we install a pressure treated sub-frame to support the decking.

While there, we installed a new roof door and caulked and painted all trim and Hardie siding. A very nice place to be on a cool evening!
